Grace is the Gift You Cannot Earn
From the beginning of creation, God’s heart has always been set on intimate relationship with His people. However, sin broke the once-perfect relationship between God and humanity. Sin carries a heavy payment—death. But because of God’s love for His people, He sent His Son, Jesus. Jesus died to pay the penalty for our sin, was buried in a sealed tomb, and on the third day rose from the grave, winning the victory for us. Our part is to respond to what God has done by acknowledging that we cannot save ourselves and by believing in faith that Jesus came, lived a sinless life, and died the death we deserved to pay for our sins.
