A Message From Pastor Jon And Tita
What began as prayer walks around Topsail High School in 2014 has become a move of God. Renovation Church was birthed out of a prayer asking “what if there were a church that was FOR the gospel?” And “What would it look like for that church to be known for what it was FOR?” It was for being a place that was FOR the family, FOR the community, FOR the brokenhearted, FOR the lost, FOR the needy? FOR equipping and empowering Believers, FOR people to take the next step in their faith Journey?
As a result of those many prayers in January 2015, a group of 75 came together with the dream to make those prayers a reality. It was the most significant step of Faith we’d ever taken together as we trusted God for the journey ahead. Renovation Church launched on April 2nd, 2015 and we have not looked back since that moment. We have seen God make possible what seemed impossible! We have seen lives saved, marriages healed, and a community reached and loved. We have seen God renovate the hearts and lives of people, each with a story pointing to God’s glory and even still, with stories continuing to form and be shared daily of his work!
The Journey of Renovation Church has been a consistent theme of saying “yes” to God’s mission and vision of reaching a community with the hope of Jesus. It was a “yes” 8 years ago for a small group of people and we look around and marvel at what God has done. I believe the time is now for hundreds of us to come together in unity saying “yes” and taking the next leap of faith to reach our community. To BUILD THE HOUSE for future Generations who will know that God is FOR them and then Place their faith in Jesus. The time is now to Build The House for the ONE. It’s a “yes” from Tita and me, and I pray it’s a “yes” for you too!

The Time Is Now To BUILD THE HOUSE For The ONE
“In the same way, there is more in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns
to God then over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!” – Luke 15: 7 NLT
Build the House Giving Goal: $5 Million
Progress

Why Should We Build For Our Community
We’re not just building a place to call home. We’re building a home where we can invite our community to it’s front lawn so that we can build relational bridges with people far from God. We’re building a home that gives us 24/7 access to love and serve our community by creating unlimited repeated opportunities for people to see, hear, and respond to the hope of Jesus!
We’re on a mission to reach every man, woman and child; our building will be ministry tools to reach people! A place where lives are changed our community is blessed, and the church is reimagined.

To See The Church Being The Church
To reach people no one else is reaching we must be willing to do what no one else is doing.
“Then Jesus said to Simon, Don’t Be Afraid from now on you will fish for people.”
– Luke 5:10
What started as a prayer of what could be led to a journey of creating environments that provide belonging and safety for people to ask questions. It’s where the broken-hearted can get help and discover help where the Lost find heaven.
It’s about the past prayers and future prayers. it’s about a new place where we can call home and a kingdom that’s coming. It’s about our church family, and it’s about the neighborhood. It’s about a group of believer’s and those who don’t know JESUS yet. It’s about our church and the churches yet to be planted. It’s about our dreams and dreams yet to be dreamed. It’s about this generation and the future Generations that will look back and say we will do for others what someone has done for us. it’s about Jesus and it’s all for Jesus! It’s about this generation and the future Generations that will look back and say, “We will do for others what someone has done for us.” It’s about Jesus and it’s all for Jesus.

Non Cash Gifts (Checks & Cash)
You can always give by check (made payable to Renovation Church) or cash. We have a time of giving during each weekend gathering, or you can mail your gift to:
Renovation Church
P.O. Box 1129
Hampstead, NC, 28443
If you choose to give cash, please consider placing it in an envelope with your name and mailing address so we can properly account for it and ensure you are eligible to deduct it on your taxes.
Stocks & Bonds
Stocks, bonds, and mutual funds are great ways to give without incurring capital gains on appreciated assets. Gifting appreciated assets results in a double tax benefit:
If you’ve held the asset longer than one year (long-term capital gain property), you avoid paying capital gains tax on the appreciated asset;
The gifted amount is an eligible tax deduction and will be listed on your annual church giving statement.
